Growhold Product Terms

Growhold is operated by Tanninen Consulting e.U.. Your use of Growhold is governed by our company Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover accounts, billing, acceptable use, liability and data protection across all our products.

1. What Growhold is

Growhold is a market intelligence and product development workspace. It aggregates buying signals into an index of what buyers are asking for, lets you explore that index in chat, and runs AI agents that turn findings into product deliverables such as briefs, specifications and positioning.

2. Plans and credits

Growhold is sold as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and every action has a fixed credit price shown on the pricing page. Adding a payment card grants a one-off allowance of free credits; no charge is made until you choose a plan.

Your monthly allowance resets at each renewal and does not carry over. On the Scale plan you may buy additional credit packs; those credits do not expire and are used only after the monthly allowance is exhausted. Credit packs are non-refundable.

3. Market intelligence data

The intelligence in Growhold is derived from publicly available buying signals and is provided for your own research and product decisions. It is a picture of a market at a point in time, not a guarantee of demand, and it must not be resold, redistributed or systematically extracted.

4. Agents, deliverables and your workspace

Deliverables produced by agents are yours to use. They are generated by AI from your inputs and our data, so they can contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on or publish them. Content in the agent store is provided as a starting point and may change as we improve it.

5. Availability

Growhold is under active development and features may change. Data sources may change or become unavailable, which can alter what the intelligence covers.
